I'm Yinka Adegbusi, a data and AI strategist with deep experience inside Big 4 environments. For years I've helped large organisations build the data and AI governance frameworks that complex, regulated businesses depend on.
What I've also seen, repeatedly, is this: the companies that need this guidance the most are rarely the ones with enterprise resources. Founders running $1M to $10M businesses. Data leaders at $10M to $200M companies. Lean teams moving fast, adopting AI, fielding questions from investors and boards, often without anyone on staff who's built this before.

WHY THIS EXISTSWhy I Built The Data & AI Foundry
The honest answer: I kept watching capable, well-funded growing companies get stuck on problems that have already been solved a hundred times in the enterprise world. Not because the answers don't exist, but because the answers are buried in 200-page frameworks, six-month consulting engagements, and certification programs designed for people who already know the field.
The companies that need this most can't afford to read 200 pages, hire a Big 4 firm, or send their team through six months of training. They need clear, practical guidance they can act on this month.
The Foundry takes the work that genuinely matters at enterprise scale, strips it down to what actually applies to a growing company, and makes it usable by a team of two, five, or ten.
